Return Policy


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone after receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. All sales remain final after 15 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, you must file your return request within the 15 days and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be in the original packaging, and also it must have the item appraisal it shipped with.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We require you to request a Return Authorization Number from our customer service representatives. Then we will e-mail you a shipping label to print and attach to the packaging for the item being returned.

DO NOT SEND your purchase back to us without a Return Authorization Number and a copy of the Online Receipt/Invoice/Packing Slip. Packages or Returns without a Return Authorization Number and a copy of the Online Receipt / Invoice / Packing Slip will be kept in stock and no refund will be given.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item, not in its original condition, is damaged or deformed for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt and if the item is the wrong size. If the item is the wrong size, please allow up to 15 days to re-cast the ring as all items are custom-made to order (price might change if going a size up). If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
